Mihu marketing Ltd takes the protection of your data seriously, through our adherence to GDPR and PECR regulations; this statement sets out how we use your data, why we use it, how we store it, and how you can find out and change what we hold about you. Why do we need to process your data? How do we do it?
 

We record the following information from our clients

  3. Phone number

  4. Email

  5. Business information necessary to provide consultancy and marketing support

Your data is used by us specifically so we can contract to provide our products and services to you as a client.

We hold this data securely on our Cloud servers, with only the Owner having access. The only time we will disclose this information is if required by law or if required by the emergency services.

We also ask for your permission when we want to market our products and services to you, if you do give us permission, you can opt-in and -out at any time by contacting us or using the link provided in our marketing emails.

You have the rights to view, change, delete or have amended any data which we hold for you (unless this data is required for us to be held by law or in relation to legal proceedings). You can request to view the data held at any time by contacting us.
